Sometimes chasing the smaller critters can be as much (or more) fun than the bigger ones. Especially when it comes to getting the little people into the field. Barrett wanted to get his Jackrabbit mounted! I don’t think that’s going to happen but we did save the hide to tan and we had some fantastic fried rabbit last night. I have a few other recipes I’m excited to try, like the Sardinian Hare Stew.
